Full-Time Client Service Representative for 24/7 Veterinary Hospital - Prosper Dallas Suburb TX (Independently owned; Opening July/August 2025)
We are excited to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art privately owned ER & Specialty Hospital in Prosper Texas in July/August 2025. Led by an award-winning specialist and a board-certified surgeon our hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional emergency and specialty veterinary care.
About Prosper Texas: Prosper is a dynamic suburb of Dallas experiencing significant growth with a current population of approximately 42598 as of January 1 2024.
The towns strategic location offers convenient access to premier destinations such as the PGA of America headquarters and the upcoming Universal Studios theme park in Frisco both less than a 5-minute drive away. Positions Available:
Full-Time Client Service Representative: Day Swing and Overnight shifts.
About the Role:
At the ER & Specialty hospital you will be the first point of contact for our clients both in person and on the phone. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answering phone calls scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar.
Checking clients in and out processing payments and managing invoices.
Maintaining accurate client records and updating patient information.
Communicating effectively with clients veterinarians and other staff members.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries with patience and empathy.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Previous experience in customer service preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with veterinary practice management software
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
