Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. This is more than just a phone-based support role-youll be part of a collaborative team that directly interacts with customers warehouse staff and inventory teams to ensure excellent service delivery and smooth operations.
Youll play a key role in representing our company with professionalism care and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from a call queue assist customers with questions and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Make detailed notes on every customer interaction for tracking and follow-up.
- Assist walk-in customers providing in-person support quotes and explain product features and recommend services based on customer needs.
- Process payments and returns accurately while following company policy.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism product knowledge and clear communication.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Previous Call Center Experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team-oriented attitude punctual and reliable.
