Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services and assist customers with booking and scheduling transportation
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products services and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software including Microsoft Office and customer service platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
