Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commissioning activities for assigned process units or areas ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures.

• Develop detailed commissioning execution plans schedules and resource requirements for the process area.

• Coordinate with construction operations engineering and other discipline leads to ensure seamless handover of systems and subsystems.

• Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including flushing cleaning leak testing functional testing and startup support.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards and that risk assessments and work permits are in place.

• Lead and participate in system walkdowns punch listing and mechanical completion verification.

• Liaise with vendors and OEMs for equipment testing troubleshooting and performance verification.

• Track progress and report daily and weekly commissioning status identifying any delays or critical issues.

• Ensure documentation is maintained and that commissioning records checklists and handover packages are completed and submitted.

• Support the development and training of operations personnel during commissioning and startup phases.
