Team Leader - TradePoint
Full time - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday 7.00am - 10.00pm

Whats the job
Helping to run a store within a store youll make our trade offering stand out in a competitive market. Youll get involved in everything from managing stock and planning the store to motivating and developing the team. Youll also be given the freedom to get proactive about seeking out new business within the local trade community. And crucially youll build up strong relationships with local tradespeople earning their trust and respect as well as their repeat business.
What we need:
Enthusiastic about creating an excellent customer experience youll feel right at home with us. You know how to earn trust and ask the right questions and youre comfortable dealing with all kinds of different people. Youve led teams before and you have a nose for new business. Youll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Whats more youre flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends evenings and bank holidays.
