Our client a leading retail company is looking for a Lease Manager (sales market) responsible for the management of the store portfolio in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enabling long-term growth by finding top locations for new stores.
- Obtaining the best possible deals by negotiating lease contracts with property owners.
- Optimizing the existing portfolio through lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations rebuilds extensions and terminations).
- Working in close collaboration with the Expansion Manager to set and implement the strategy in your market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate Business/Economics or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in leasing controlling and/or real estate preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong leasing skills and good legal understanding.
- Results-driven.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Multi-tasker with strong prioritization skills.
- Calm and positive mindset during difficult situations.
- English is a MUST.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Power BI and MS Teams).
- You are ambitious competitive and humble and you value taking responsibility.
- You have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of achieving results.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.
