Emerald Zebra are working with a globally regulated forex and CFD broker known for delivering cutting-edge trading solutions and expanding rapidly across Latin America. Theyre now looking for a Spanish-speaking Head of Sales & Retention to drive acquisition retention and long-term client value.
This role is based in Bogot Colombia with relocation support available or you can be based in Cyprus with frequent travel and/or extended periods of time in Colombia.
The role:
You will lead efforts in driving client acquisition nurturing relationships and maximizing customer lifetime value. You will oversee both the Sales and Retention teams with the autonomy to shape strategy coach performance and deliver measurable business impact.
This is a strategic high-ownership role ideal for someone with Forex industry experience a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
