Job Title: Head of Creatives / Creative Director
Location: Remote strong overlap with Asia / Europe / MENA time zones preferred
Mission
Own and scale a world-class AI-augmented creative engine that pushes Ancient Remedies from a current run-rate of $1.5 M per month to $10 M per month in revenue. You will direct creative strategy end-to-end build and mentor a high-performing team and embed an AI-first culture backed by a dedicated engineering group you can commission as needed. This role reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal to the company s next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and own the overarching creative strategy across all paid acquisition channels (primarily Meta & YouTube managing $500k/month spend).
- Lead mentor and scale our team of internal and freelance creative strategists and video editors fostering a culture of excellence and rapid iteration.
- AI-First Workflows Integrate and continually upgrade internal AI tools and other market-leading platforms for research scripting video production testing and optimization supported by our full engineering team.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to guide the development of our internal AdGenius platform ensuring it effectively supports the creative teams needs for data analysis learning synthesis and automation.
- Analyze ad performance data deeply to extract actionable learnings identify winning patterns and continuously refine creative strategy and team processes.
- Oversee the entire creative lifecycle from customer insight and concept ideation through briefing production launch testing and iteration ensuring a high volume of banger creatives.
- Build and manage systems that enable the creative team to operate efficiently and produce winning ads with increasing autonomy.
- Manage relationships with key ad platform partners and troubleshoot creative-related performance issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading creative strategy and teams for direct response e-commerce brands that have scaled to 7-9 figures managing monthly ad spends of at least $500k.
- Deep expertise in high-volume creative testing and optimization for Meta and YouTube with a portfolio demonstrating significant quantifiable results (ROAS improvement revenue growth).
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting video persuasion principles funnel dynamics and audience psychology for the 45 demographic.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing and leveraging AI tools within the creative workflow.
- Exceptional leadership skills: ability to inspire mentor build systems and drive a team towards ambitious goals.
- Highly analytical data-driven and adept at translating performance data into actionable creative insights and strategies.
- Experience in the health & wellness niche is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment take extreme ownership and essentially replace the CEOs current role in day-to-day creative strategy.
