The Club at Los Gatos is seeking Early Morning Service Desk Associates (Opener) to join our team! This listing is specifically for early morning shiftsideal for those who are early risers and enjoy starting their day with purpose.
At The Club we pride ourselves on delivering a best-in-class member experience through outstanding service a positive attitude and a team-first mindset. As the first point of contact for members in the early morning Openers play a key role in setting the tone for the day.
About the Role Opener Shift
As a Service Desk Associate (Opener) youll:
- Greet and check in members as they arrive when the club opens
- Provide accurate and friendly information about club programs and services
- Ensure the front desk is well-stocked organized and ready for the day
- Maintain clear communication with team members via Slack
- Handle basic maintenance or inventory needs and report issues
- Respond to and document member incidents as needed
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all early-morning guests
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctualable to start shifts at 4:30 AM
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Calm and friendly under pressure
- Confident professional demeanor with strong customer service focus
- Able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous front desk hospitality or fitness club experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Details
- Shift: 4:30 AM 9:00 or 10:30 AM (exact end time may vary)
- Pay: $16.50 $18.00/hour
- Job Type: Part-time
- Expected hours: 10 30 per week
