Job Description
FOAA owns the accounting for accounts payable accounts receivable payroll plus the reconciliation of 60K balance sheet accounts.
Key job responsibilities
Operate independently work well with cross-functional teams and ambiguous situations.
Work with stakeholders at or above your peer group to influence without authority.
Collaborate directly with global teams.
Propose controls to solve risks identified and influence the adoption of best practices.
Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication data driven analysis and presentation of alternatives.
Support efforts to keep all FOAA SOX documentation current and help drive timely completion of GRC controls.
Utilize knowledge of SOX controls and business processes to evaluate redesign and simplify complex systems and business controls.
Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials
- 4 years of compliance program management legal governance audit risk/loss prevention or equivalent experience
- Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent
- Experience in program or project management
