Position: Polish-speaking Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Review user-generated content on online platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies

Identify and escalate content that violates platform standards

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency while moderating content

Ensure timely and accurate decisions balancing legal and ethical considerations

Collaborate with team members and management to improve internal processes
Ideal Candidate:
-
Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
-
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
-
Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content (training and support provided)

Ability to work in shifts including evenings weekends or holidays
-
EU citizenship or full work rights for Portugal is a plus
