The DWECH People & Culture Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the human resources processes and culture initiatives within the organisation. You will be responsible for running and maintaining various HR functions maintaining employee records facilitating employee engagement activities and contributing to the overall development and maintenance of a positive organisational culture.
About the Role
Provide administrative support across all HR functions including recruitment onboarding upskilling and performance management.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and company policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience in HR Administration or a related role for 2 years or more.
Knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations is highly desirable.
National Police Check or the willingness to obtain within employer specified timeframe.
Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain within employer specified timeframe.
Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with DWECH policy.
