Position Summary:

Were looking for a data-driven Paid Media Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role youll impact the strategy execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms for two distinct but interconnected brands.

The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation paired with a creative mindset. A proficient understanding of paid media principles including digital advertising nuances and experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-impact agile campaigns.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning launching and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads PMax Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok Snapchat YouTube CTV/OTT and other digital platforms
  • Guide media agencies to optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals including conversions submissions leads ROAS CPL and more based on agile budget and business needs
  • Be a storyteller of data see beyond numbers and more a story of how to connect with audiences in authentic and relevant ways
  • Partner with content teams on both brands to develop creative calendar confirm creative needs and assist in developing content copy and headlines
  • Be available to partake is creative shoots to capture content including videos testimonials and images
  • Collaborate on creative testing and use performance data to inform future iterations and messaging strategies including A/B creative testing landing page testing MVT testing.
  • Stay up to date with paid media trends audience behavior platform updates and emerging tools to test/ learn and explore including strong pulse on AI opportunities to tap into
  • Support Media Director with budget overviews billing monthly reporting presentations when needed
  • Be hungry for learning and immersing yourself in the IMG Academy and NCSA brands while comfortable working in a high-volume fast-paced environment were campaigns pivot quickly

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns either on the agency (paid or full service) or brand side. Creative background a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ads Ads Managers (Meta Snap TikTok) and Google Analytics (GA4) . Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau Looker Studio and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo and/or Salesforce)
  • Analytical and data-driven with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Canva
  • Knowledge of Adobe a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills. Including attention to detail and record keeping.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Positive and passionate team player
