Key Responsibilities:
- Review a wide range of content (text images videos links) to ensure compliance with moderation policies

Apply platform guidelines consistently and with sound judgment

Handle user appeals with empathy clarity and professionalism

Collaborate with internal teams to uphold content integrity and safety

Monitor behavioral trends to identify and address emerging risks

Provide feedback on tools and workflows to improve moderation effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
