Are you a natural leader with a passion for creating fun experiences Launch Entertainment Park is seeking an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and boost our Smile Watt Hoursour unique way of measuring guest happiness and fun!
What Youll Do:
- Lead a team of energetic staff to create unforgettable moments and maximize our Smile Watt Hours
- Manage daily operations ensuring smooth park functionality and safety protocols
- Train mentor and motivate team members to deliver top-tier customer service and smiles
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to keep the fun going
- Monitor park activities make real-time decisions and ensure every guest leaves with a smile!
- Assist with cash handling promote park memberships food offerings and special deals to enhance the guest experience
What Were Looking For:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- A positive attitude and a passion for generating smiles!
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and evenings

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
