Job Description

Multimodality Supervisor (Permanent Role)
Location: Fort Worth TX 76104
Shift: Variable 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Oversee delivery and quality of imaging services ensuring turnaround times exam quality and patient preparation meet standards.
  • Perform procedures as needed due to workload or complexity.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels supplies and resources are available.
  • Manage scheduling monitor/evaluate staffing patterns and make adjustments as needed.
  • Interview counsel and complete staff performance evaluations.
  • Train new staff; ensure certifications and registrations are up to date.
  • Partner with management and staff for multidisciplinary meetings and consistent communication.
  • Set departmental goals monitor achievements and reflect outcomes in evaluations.
  • Encourage staff participation in surveys and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
  • Provide input on new/replacement equipment and services to support growth.
  • Implement corrective action plans for negative productivity or expense variances.

  • Perform high-quality advanced imaging procedures per protocol and standards.
  • Ability to independently complete tasks without routine oversight.
  • Maintain calm and professional demeanor under stress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous service minimal wait times and addressing patient concerns.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills for all age groups: newborn pediatric young adult adult geriatric.
  • Serve as preceptor and train new team members on services/initiatives.
  • Make effective staffing hiring training and termination decisions.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office scheduling/payroll systems EMR and email.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program
  • Experience: 3 Years of Experience
  • Certification/License/Registration:
    • Must currently be registered in MRI and CT.
    • Certified by ARRT or ARDMS in at least two imaging modalities (must work 25% of the time in the second modality).
    • Approved modalities include:
      • ARRT-R ARRT-CT ARRT-CV ARRT-M ARRT-MR ARRT-N ARRT-S ARRT-VI ARRT-BS ARRT-BD ARRT-CI
      • RDMS-AB RDMS-BR RDMS-FE RDMS-OB RDMS-PS
      • RVT CNMT ARMRIT
