Multimodality Supervisor (Permanent Role) Location: Fort Worth TX 76104
Shift: Variable 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Essential Functions of the Role:
- Oversee delivery and quality of imaging services ensuring turnaround times exam quality and patient preparation meet standards.
- Perform procedures as needed due to workload or complexity.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels supplies and resources are available.
- Manage scheduling monitor/evaluate staffing patterns and make adjustments as needed.
- Interview counsel and complete staff performance evaluations.
- Train new staff; ensure certifications and registrations are up to date.
- Partner with management and staff for multidisciplinary meetings and consistent communication.
- Set departmental goals monitor achievements and reflect outcomes in evaluations.
- Encourage staff participation in surveys and implement action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
- Provide input on new/replacement equipment and services to support growth.
- Implement corrective action plans for negative productivity or expense variances.

- Serve as preceptor and train new team members on services/initiatives.
- Make effective staffing hiring training and termination decisions.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office scheduling/payroll systems EMR and email.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program
- Experience: 3 Years of Experience
- Certification/License/Registration:
- Must currently be registered in MRI and CT.
- Certified by ARRT or ARDMS in at least two imaging modalities (must work 25% of the time in the second modality).
- Approved modalities include:
