Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join and strengthen our Grids Automation team in Ukraine
Main responsibilities:
- Providing order management services to clients - activities include helping clients to handle order quoting order processing; order fulfilment review of orders order entry order dispatch & support order payment for their customers.
- Preparing orders confirmations and agreements
- Ensuring timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and resolving order issues and processing errors
- Collecting all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes;
- Processing and archiving all documentation in accordance with local regulations.
- Keeping daily contact with customers and ensuring a customer compliance resolution process by collecting the necessary information as well as updating the customers about current status of an issue.
- Active involvement in the initiatives directed on internal processes improvement.
Requirements have to be met:
- Higher education (technical or economical University degree)
- More than 5 years of experience on the same/similar field
- Knowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution Module) and MS-Office.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Readiness to take on challenges address customer requirements and solve problems
