About the Role:
Were looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our team. Working with the Director and Operations Manager STEM Education this role plays a key part in keeping our programs running smoothly by supporting school bookings coordinating buses and events managing all communications and maintaining digital records.
As the Business Support Officer youll be the friendly first point of contact for visitors enquiries and program bookings while also working with external suppliers to organise resources such as transport catering and day-to-day operational needs.
This is a Full Time ( 36.75 hours per week) Fixed Term until July 2026 contract at a HEP 5 $76459 $87825 per annum classification plus 17% superannuation. This position is located at Wyndham Tech School (Werribee West Campus).
