Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Officer to lead sproots ground operations from initial client engagement through successful platform adoption. This is a client-facing field-based position that combines technical expertise with relationship management to ensure seamless deployment and sustained adoption of sproots platform across diverse agribusiness environments.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Training Leadership
- Design and execute comprehensive rollout strategies for new client accounts
- Conduct on-site training programs for agribusiness staff and field agents at all organizational levels
- Guide clients through critical platform workflows including data collection contract management monitoring systems and reporting processes
- Develop and deliver customized training materials tailored to each clients operational context
- Ensure successful adoption of the sproot platform from headquarters to farm-level operations
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact during critical onboarding phases
- Build and maintain strong relationships through active listening clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Proactively identify and resolve implementation challenges before they impact client satisfaction
- Track key onboarding milestones and maintain high engagement levels throughout the rollout process
- Facilitate smooth transitions to the Account Management team post-implementation
Product Development Support
- Gather and document field insights to inform product enhancement strategies
- Report technical issues user friction points and feature requests to the product development team
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark sproots implementation experience against industry alternatives
Essential Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business IT Rural Development or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in agribusiness operations client services or digital platform deployment
- Proven track record of managing technology implementations in agricultural or rural contexts

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Swahili
