Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Resilience Water team in Virginia Beach Virginia. The Scheduler will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our engineering projects by managing and coordinating project schedules resources and timelines.
Role accountabilities:
As a Scheduler supporting stormwater / coastal resilience water and wastewater projects you will be responsible for developing updating and maintaining detailed project schedules to drive the successful execution of the designs for critical infrastructure projects. Utilizing industry-standard scheduling software you will ensure that project timelines are accurately planned monitored and adjusted as necessary to achieve on-time delivery. Your role will play a vital part in coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary design teams optimizing resources and supporting the overall efficiency and success of water and wastewater initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project scheduling preferably within the stormwater / coastal resilience water and wastewater sector and demonstrate proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 MS Project or similar tools. Experience in alternative delivery particularly progressive design build is critical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with exceptional attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Additionally the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is key and knowledge of water and wastewater project processes is a plus.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $85000 - $132000/year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
