What Were Looking For:
Visually Strong & Conceptual: You have a sharp design sense and can create compelling visuals that align with a brands voice and objectives.
Digitally Minded: You understand how design functions across different platforms and know how to tailor visuals for different target audiences.
Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working closely with teams across departments to bring campaigns to life.
Fast & Flexible: Youre comfortable managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and adapting to creative feedback.
Creative Thinker: You bring originality and innovation to your work with a solid understanding of design fundamentals and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce on-brand visual content for social media campaigns and client projects.
- Develop creative concepts layouts and graphics in line with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Collaborate with content video and marketing teams to elevate the visual output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas that enhance the creative strategy.
- Stay updated with design trends digital formats and platform-specific visual nuances.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously maintaining both quality and speed.
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in graphic design (internship or agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).
- Prior marketing agency experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding of design principles typography and layout.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creativity and originality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn grow and contribute actively to a creative team.
- Open to working from the office 5 days a week (South Delhi).
