What youll do
- Youll develop our market (Germany) by acquiring customers identifying decision-makers creating proposals and conducting meetings.
- Youll qualify and understand your customers business-critical problems challenge conventional learning approaches and conduct sales conversations to demonstrate the business value of goFLUENT to an organization.
- Youll develop compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Youll build consultative relationships with influencers stakeholders and decision-makers at your most important customers.
- Partner with our experienced Business Development Marketing and Customer Success teams to successfully close potential deals.
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Travel to customers in your territory to support your sales efforts.
What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales. SaaS and international experience are a plus.
- You are able to build close relationships with all levels of prospects including senior managers and executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork skills and self-motivation to succeed in a fast-paced results-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Proactive personable hardworking and easily adaptable.
- Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in training e-learning and staffing services is definitely a plus.
- BA or BS required MBA a plus.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills in German (native or C2 Level)
