Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with merger and acquisition expertise to help deliver key digital system development and integration initiatives for regulated insurance sector projects. You will manage cross-team delivery support system adaptations and lead activities related to merger and acquisition projects.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of IT project management experience
- Proven skills in project planning budgeting and reporting
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is a plus
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or insurance with understanding of compliance
- Proven experience managing IT integration and transition projects as part of mergers and acquisitions
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-organizational teams and activities during M&A processes to ensure seamless technology alignment
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with JIRA Confluence or similar tools
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions including planning execution and delivery of integration activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizations to ensure smooth IT transitions
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans budgets and progress reports
- Collaborate with subject matter experts technical teams and business stakeholders
