Tasks
As a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform you will work at the intersection of product operations and growth ensuring smooth execution of offers improving our research processes and supporting platform success.
This role requires a mix of analytical operational and technical curiosity. If youre comfortable learning quickly working cross-functionally and supporting product decisions with operational execution wed love to hear from you!
What Youll Do
Offer Analysis & Management
- Review available affiliate offers from different vendors to identify the most suitable options for our user base.
- Compare offers using internal dashboards to find the highest value and best user fit.
- Use admin dashboards to publish or disable offers with attention to data accuracy and backend logic.
Offerwall Operations & Vendor Monitoring
- Regularly monitor vendor dashboards to identify high or low-performing offers.
- Enable or disable offers on our offerwall based on performance insights.
Competitor Analysis & Research
- Review competitor analysis reports prepared by the internal team.
- Explore competitor platforms and social channels to identify high-performing offers.
Educational Content Management
- Support the preparation and management of educational content for users on our offerwall.
User Behavior Analysis
- Check user metrics and behavioral patterns across segments and cohorts to share insights with the team.
Requirements
We seek a team member who feels comfortable working remotely and in English in an international environment with a self-driven Get stuff done mindset.
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Basic technical proficiency and willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboards work.
- Attention to detail for comparing offer data and publishing updates accurately.
- Analytical mindset to interpret user behavior and offer performance data.
- Motivation to explore competitor trends and improve our offerwall operations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
