Role Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote Fashion TV Indias services.
- Engage customers through effective communication to gather feedback and assess their needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to encourage sales.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls emails and messages.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach approaches.
- Provide market feedback to help improve offerings and develop customer insights.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure to meet performance goals.
- Document all sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Adapt communication style to suit different audiences for effective persuasion.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
