Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends potential clients and competitive landscape.
* Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
* 2. Client Relationship Management:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy Development:
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Set and achieve sales targets monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
4. Proposal Development:
* Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients showcasing our services and value proposition.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
5. Networking and Partnerships:
* Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our brand and identify new business opportunities.
* Build strategic partnerships with other organizations to enhance our service offerings and market reach.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
* Track and report on business development activities providing regular updates to management.
* Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development sales or a related field. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
* Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
