About the Role:
As an Account Manager (Zoho Consulting) youll be the crucial link between our clients business challenges and the transformative power of Zoho solutions. Youll lead the charge in driving digital innovation ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering enduring client relationships. This isnt just about managing accounts; its about being a strategic partner a technical expert and a trusted advisor empowering businesses to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability through Zoho.
What Youll Do:
Be the Bridge to Zoho Magic: Analyze client workflows identify key improvement opportunities and strategically tailor Zoho solutions to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Lead the Implementation Charge: Own the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle from meticulous design and precise development to thorough testing and seamless deployment ensuring a smooth and successful transition for our clients.
Become a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients through every step of their digital transformation journey providing clear communication expert training and ongoing support to maximize their Zoho experience and foster long-term partnerships.
Innovate and Customize: Leverage your creative and innovative spirit to design and craft custom workflows reports and automations that extend Zohos capabilities delivering unique value for each client.
Embrace Agility: Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced dynamic environment actively utilizing Scrum methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong lasting relationships with clients becoming their go-to Zoho expert and a true strategic partner in their digital growth.
Requirements
Youre a Perfect Fit If You Bring:
9 years of proven experience in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Desk Books People Creator Analytics etc.) implementation customization and management.
Exceptional Communication Magic: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills enabling you to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong client rapport.
Strategic Mastermind Abilities: Demonstrated experience leading the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle from initial needs analysis and solution design through to training and post-implementation support.
Custom Solution Craftsmanship: Proven ability to design and implement personalized Zoho configurations Deluge functions and JavaScript-based automations to optimize diverse client workflows.
Project Management Champion: Strong expertise in overseeing projects with agility ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and successful outcomes.
Leadership & Empowerment: A passion for mentoring and developing team members fostering a collaborative high-performing and supportive work environment.
Relationship Building ProWess: A natural ability to cultivate trust and deep understanding with clients positioning yourself as their trusted Zoho advisor.
Continuous Learning: Deep Zoho expertise coupled with a strong passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Tech Prowess Required:
Zoho Whiz: In-depth hands-on experience implementing customizing and managing Zoho CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications.
Scripting Master: Proficiency in writing custom Deluge functions and leveraging JavaScript for advanced customizations and integrations.
Automation Architect: Expertise in designing and visualizing complex workflows using tools like Miro or LucidChart.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: A proven track record of effectively diagnosing and resolving bugs navigating APIs and overcoming any Zoho-related challenges with innovative solutions.
