Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role you will support the planning development and execution of internal and external communication strategies to enhance our companys visibility alignment and messaging.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute communication initiatives across departments
Draft and edit internal memos newsletters press releases and other corporate materials
Assist with the planning of corporate events and meetings
Maintain consistency in tone messaging and brand standards across all communication channels
Support leadership in crafting strategic messages to stakeholders
Track and report communication performance metrics and engagement outcomes
Help manage communication calendars and deadlines
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent writing editing and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
