Job Description

Get to Know the Team

The People Operations team focuses on transforming challenges into opportunities through data-driven insights. We develop strategic solutions that align with our vision manage organisational change enhance employee experience and foster innovation partnership and leadership to create a growth-oriented workplace.

Get to Know the Role

This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore reporting to the Head of Country People Operations. You will be fully onsite. This role runs from August to December 2025.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development wellness and inclusivity at work
  • Develop editorial content that supports employee engagement through internal channels like email announcement intranet
  • Analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
  • Support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Familiar with Google Suite Adobe Creative Suite Canva
  • Proficiency in using Gen AI solutions to address real-life problems within HR
