Overview
This exciting and varied role will see you join the Human Resources (HR) division as an HR Coordinator/Intern where you will provide support to the Generalist (Business Partner) team to ensure the smooth running of all on-boarding and off-boarding processes as well as general ad-hoc support to the team.
This role would suit a recent graduate who is looking to start their journey in HR.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination of on-boarding and new joiner process coordinating references immigration setting up all relevant information regarding employee on HR systems and first day arrangements
Responsible for full offboarding process
Responsible for payroll input and submission in relation to new joiners and leavers
Note taking in ER related meetings
Supporting the team with filing of documents
Assisting with other administration and logistics across the full employee lifecycle
Providing ad-hoc support to the team for day-to day queries
Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to learn
Strong competency with Microsoft Office
Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative strong accuracy attention to detail and reliability
Good team player
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced client-focused environment
Strong academic background
