Due to continued growth our Oldham site are now recruiting for a Stock and Systems Supervisor to join their friendly team on a full time permanent basis!
Salary: 31503 per annum.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
As a Stock and Systems Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all stock control team KPI targets are met or exceeded and involved in continuous improvement. Supervising Stock Control department to ensure stock integrity and compliance are being delivered to the highest standard.
Key Duties of a Stock and Systems Supervisor:
- To assist the Inventory Stock & Systems Manager in the day to day running of the Stock and Admin department.
- Resolving stock & system and stock issues.
- Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all Stock & Admin activities.
- To feedback on team and individual performance including behavioural issues highlighting good performance.
- To offer suggestions and assist in the organisation of training and development for the stock teamStock and Admin staff including on-the-job coaching.
- To assist the InventoryStock & Admin Manager in controlling levels of planned and unplanned absence and take appropriate action to ensure cover and contribute to reductions of unacceptable levels.
- To take part in maintaining high Health & Safety levels.
- To deputise for the Inventory Manager when required.
- To supervise and contribute to track & trace requests product recall and quality assurance.
- Full reconciliation & adjustment of all stock counts.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a supervisory role and good knowledge of stock control is required.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- An organised and focused approach to all administrative duties.
- Able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of on-site systems and processes.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- PC Literate on intermediate level (Word Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to efficiently lead a team delegate supervise functions and keep staff motivated.
- Should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal conciliation skills and the capacity to network with suppliers and customers.
