Job Description
As F&B Project Manager your mission is twofold: you support the F&B Strategy central & regional team thanks to competitive intelligence insights and strategic analyses on our F&B network and animate the F&B community thanks to regular events.
This will consist in the following responsibilities:
- Monitor global F&B trends
- Perform strategic analyses on our network and our performance for ExCo level
- Secure & monitor F&B offer global delivery & consistency
- Organize and Animate Accors F&B community
- Support external communication strategy
- In a second time support to design a talent program for F&B Heartists worldwide
Qualifications :
3 years in strategic consulting
Strong analytical and presentation skills
English fluent
