Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the educational center ensuring smooth functioning.
- Lead and mentor faculty and staff promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Implement educational policies and regulations in alignment with institutional goals.
- Develop and manage budgets for the center monitoring expenditures and revenues.
- Collaborate with educational stakeholders including parents and community members.
- Design and enhance curricula to ensure high-quality educational offerings.
- Monitor student performance and learning outcomes initiating improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize professional development programs for educators to enhance their skills.
- Ensure compliance with local educational standards and regulations.
- Promote the center s programs through marketing and outreach strategies.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between students parents and staff members.
- Organize center events workshops and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain and update educational resources and learning materials.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding center performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field; Masters preferred.
- 5 years of experience in educational management or administration.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and curriculum design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated budget management and financial acumen.
- Experience in staff recruitment training and development.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in educational technology and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
