Job Description

Job Title: Sales Associate - Educational Institution

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and families to provide information about educational programs.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to showcase the institutions offerings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all programs and courses to effectively communicate value.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet enrollment goals.
  • Create and nurture relationships with potential clients and educational partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Assist in organizing and attending educational fairs and recruitment events.
  • Provide follow-up support to prospects to ensure program selection aligns with their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email or in-person meetings.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep updated on new educational products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferably in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with educational programs and services.
  • Experience in conducting presentations or public speaking.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and meetings.
  • Enthusiasm for education and helping others achieve their goals.
