Job Title: Pediatrician MD DCH Consultant

Role Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive health assessments for infants children and adolescents.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Provide preventive health care and education to families administering vaccinations.
- Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care for patients with complex health needs.
- Monitor growth and development milestones in children.
- Conduct routine physical exams and health screenings.
- Address behavioral and developmental issues in children.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient.
- Engage in continuous medical education and stay updated with pediatric advancements.
- Advise on nutrition and fitness for children and adolescents.
- Provide emergency care and triage when necessary.
- Consult and communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote pediatric health.
- Train and mentor medical students and junior healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with nursing and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- M.D. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Diploma in Child Health (DCH) or relevant pediatric specialization.
- State medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pediatric setting.
- Strong clinical skills and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with children and caregivers.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current pediatric health care practices and regulations.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Team player with leadership experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Ability to mentor and inspire junior staff.
- Cultural sensitivity and appreciation for diverse backgrounds.
- Strong time management skills.
