Job Description
Job Title Operations Executive
Location Bhiwandi
Experience - 2-6 years of experience in order fulfillment warehouse operations or logistics.
Job Summary -
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Manage end-to-end order processing ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams vendors and logistics partners to track shipments.
Ensure order accuracy invoicing and compliance with customer requirements.
Handle escalations and resolve order-related issues proactively.
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
Oversee warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor stock levels conduct regular inventory checks and prevent stock discrepancies.
Implement best practices for storage material handling and space utilization.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain and update inventory reports.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in any field.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS software (e.g. SAP Uniware Prozo or similar platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of warehousing regulations and best practices.
Familiarity with data analytics tools for inventory tracking.
