Executive & Grant Assistant
Full-Time Salary $50000 - $60000

GoodLife Innovations a pioneer in empowering marginalized and aging populations is seeking a passionate Executive & Grant Assistant to provide high-level support to our senior leadership. This is more than just an administrative role- its your chance to work side-by-side with innovative nonprofit executives shaping the future of care.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as a trusted partner to our senior executives by providing exceptional administrative support including scheduling travel arrangements meeting prep and communications.
- Contribute to our Development team with original grant copy and management activities- craft compelling proposals manage deadlines and help secure critical funding to fuel our work.
- Support the CEO and executive team with special projects that directly advance our mission.
- Liaise with community partners board members and donors to keep relationships strong and responsive.
- Maintain confidentiality demonstrate integrity and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Grant Writer: You have a track record of developing winning proposals and managing grant processes.
- Mission-Driven: Youre excited by the opportunity to work for a purpose-led organization making real social impact.
- Organized & Proactive: You anticipate needs and thrive on keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
- Excellent Communicator: You know how to write clearly and speak professionally with people at all levels.
- Adaptable & Resourceful: You excel in an ever-changing environment juggling competing priorities with grace.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Demonstrated success stories from previous grant awards.
- Experience supporting nonprofit leaders or boards.
- A passion for innovative models of care community building or disability services.
