JOB OVERVIEW:
As an Executive Assistant you will provide high-level administrative support to the executives with a focus on facilitating communication between the Japan and Philippines offices. You will manage daily operations organize schedules and act as a bridge between the executives teams and clients. Your role will require excellent organizational skills communication abilities in both Japanese and English and a keen attention to detail.
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in both Japanese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role preferably in an international setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Milanote Notion) is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks and communications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different cultural backgrounds. Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.
