Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism empathy and clarity
Handling requests via phone email and chat in Danish
Troubleshooting technical or account-related issues
Escalating complex cases when necessary
Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Monthly Salary: Between (depending on the project & your profile)
Performance Bonus: Additional monthly incentives
On-Site Position: Based in Greece enjoy Mediterranean life while building your career!
Full Training: Between 10 days and 3 weeks depending on the project (paid)
