Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Field Support Specialist to provide real-time assistance to field teams during installations and service work. This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying installation closeout photos ensuring compliance with quality standards and assessing service work for discrepancies. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with internal teams to address issues maintain detailed records of completed work and assist in troubleshooting when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to field teams during installations and service work.
- Handle phone calls to assist client needs.
- Review and verify installation closeout photos to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assess service work photos and flag any discrepancies or incomplete tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain detailed records of completed work and any identified issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and guide field teams when needed.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Experience in solar installations quality control or field operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with both field and office teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- You must have your computer equipment such as a laptop or desktop with specifications of at least i5 or i7 Gen 13 and at least 16GB RAM along with an extra monitor.
- Your internet connection speed should be no less than 50 Mbps.
- It is essential to have a proper workstation setup.
- You must have your headset with a noise cancellation feature for effective communication.

Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
