What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality support to SMB clients via chat email and phone

- Adapt quickly to changing needs and continuously develop your knowledge about digital platforms
What You Bring
- Polish language proficiency at C2 level and good command of English (B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
- Familiarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plus
- Excellent communication skills: verbal written and active listening
- Ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environment
