Role: Program Lead - Bhopal Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 6-9 years Not more than 10 years
Salary: Up to 23 LPA
Role Overview:
This role is for a Program Lead based in Bhopal. It is ideal for an individual looking to transition from an individual performer to a team lead. The Program Lead will be instrumental in driving transformational change in the education sector working closely with government stakeholders and leading a team of young professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery & Management: Lead and manage projects with a superb track record of delivery.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems and craft possible solutions and recommendations.
- Planning & Prioritization: Possess strong planning skills ability to set priorities plan and meet timelines.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Hindi.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with government stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of young professionals and drive them to achieve outcomes.
Sills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of post-qualification work experience preferably with a government entity with a superb project delivery and management track record.
- Education: Bachelors degree required from a reputed university; Masters degree preferred.
- Government Experience: Prior experience working with government stakeholders is preferred.
- Sector Exposure: Prior exposure to the education sector public/development sector or consulting will be preferred. Candidates with corporate experience but an interest in the education sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Mindset: Mission-driven optimistic and enthusiastic believing in achieving transformational change.
- Mobility: Willingness to be based at the state site closer to the stakeholders and team. Openness to regular travel to Delhi and different districts in UP MP and Haryana.
