Job Description
Wellspring Family Servicesis hiring full-time Mental Health Therapists in our Weirton WV office. Our Therapists provide therapeutic behavioral services and support services to clients based on the assessment of their individual needs according to their treatment plan and diagnosis. You will see clients in-home at school in office or online via our HIPAA secure platform telehealth.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited school.
- Current WV licensure in the respective fields (LPC LGSW or higher)
- If unlicensed must be willing to enter into the licensure process within the initial three months of employment.Will consider Masters of Psychology degree
- Three (3) years experience with at-risk families preferred.
- Valid drivers license
- Required to pass a background/CPS check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual group and family therapy sessions including initial and ongoing assessments/treatment planning.
- Document all services provided in a timely manner.
- Complete prior authorizations for services as needed.
- Complete any written information as required by the agency DHHR courts etc.
- Coordinate client services with other agency services as needed.
- Facilitate the responsibilities of a mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect in accordance with state statutes.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision.
- Attend agency required trainings such as CPR/FA CPI CANS etc.
Salary: $50000 to $62000 per year (based upon licensure and experience) $5000 Sign-On Bonus!
