Tasks
- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to clients in their homes ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation adhering to individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health conditions to healthcare professionals and family members ensuring timely response to evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided and clients conditions following company protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment promoting clients independence and dignity while offering emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid drivers license and car insurance
- Experience in home health care or a similar healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
