Talent Quest Recruiting is seeking a full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team in Sacramento CA. In this field-based role you will help patients regain independence in activities of daily living by delivering evidence-based OT interventions adaptive-equipment training and caregiver education. You ll self-schedule roughly 5 6 in-home visits per day document care in the EMR and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team all while working in a supportive environment that values collaboration patient-centered care and professional growth.
Open to relocating candidates who already hold an active California OT license.
This is a full-time travel role. (Coverage Area up to 50 miles)

Qualifications
Licensing: Active OT Therapist license in practicing state.
Education: OT degree (OTD/MOT/BSOT)
Certifications: Current CPR certification.
TransportationReliable transportation with a valid driver s license and auto insurance.
Minimum Requirements

Doctorate or Master s degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

This position pays $60-72 per hour (DOE) including mileage reimbursement

Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in emergency, urgent care, or acute care settings.
