An international manufacturing company is looking to hire a full-time Sales Support Specialist for their Houston TX office. This role supports sales efforts such as preparing quotes setting appointments contacting customers monitoring sales volumes establishing sales trends and analyzing trends. The Sales Support Specialist also provides administrative support to Business Development Managers (BDM).
Duties include:
Providing office and administrative support for both BDM and local branch
Scheduling and confirming appointments meetings and follow-ups for BDMs
Maintaining and updating CRM systems and calendars with accurate customer and activity information
Preparing and distributing sales-related reports (weekly monthly and ad hoc)
Assisting in the preparation of proposals quotes presentations and client communications
Tracking customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics for the BDM team
