About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative who is ready to do more than just answer calls youll help build and lead our customer service department as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a small team (34 people) within our company develop processes and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

As one of the first points of contact for our organization youll leave a positive and lasting impression through phone text and email interactions. We dont use scripts here youll need to listen closely think on your feet and find creative solutions that leave customers feeling truly cared for.

This is not a receptionist or sales role. Our customer service team is an integral part of our marketing strategy your ideas and insights will help shape how we grow and retain our customer base.

Were busy and growing fast so punctuality initiative and a strong work ethic are essential.

Location:
This is a full-time in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must live within a 20-minute commute of our office.

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding service as the first point of contact for our customers via phone text and email.

  • Develop refine and document customer service processes and best practices.

  • Help build and train a small team (34 people) to support our growing customer base.

  • Record accurate customer information and maintain organized records.

  • Actively listen and engage with customers to find the best solutions.

  • Share ideas and contribute to team discussions to continually improve the customer journey.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support marketing and growth initiatives.

What Youll Bring:

  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment (1 years preferred).

  • Previous leadership mentoring or process-building experience is a plus.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement to help build a department from the ground up.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to handle unscripted conversations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook.

  • A friendly outgoing personality and strong phone presence.

  • Ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: Competitive based on experience
