My client are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofer to join their growing team. As a Roofer you will work on a variety of projects from domestic to commercial properties ensuring safe durable and aesthetically pleasing results. Responsibilities

• Install repair and maintain roofing systems for residential commercial and industrial properties.
• Conduct assessments to identify and address roofing issues including leaks structural weaknesses and insulation problems.
• Work with a range of materials including asphalt shingles tiles metal and flat roof systems.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and aligns with safety and building codes.
• Collaborate with team members contractors and clients to deliver project timelines and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide recommendations to clients regarding maintenance repairs or upgrades for roofing systems.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment for roofing tasks performing regular maintenance and inspections of tools.
• Adhere to company standards focused on safety diversity and environmental protection at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within trades construction or labour fields.
• Experience with domestic and commercial roofing projects.
• Proficiency in working with a range of roofing materials and systems.
• Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and practices.
• Physically strong with the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
• Relevant certifs

Day-to-Day

• Conduct inspection and maintenance of roofs ensuring the proper application of roofing solutions to meet client needs.
• Safely transport materials ladders and tools between job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace removing debris and securing equipment after each days work.
• Discuss progress challenges and estimated completion timelines with clients and/or team leads.
• Remain updated on the latest roofing techniques materials and safety regulations through training opportunities.
• Participate in daily team meetings to review schedules tasks and goals.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive environment by respecting and valuing the perspectives and contributions of all team members.
