Description
- Enter 3-way matched 2-way matched and standard invoices in the Oracle Financial System
- Work invoice discrepancies with receiving department purchasing department and suppliers
- Assist with reconciliation of goods received not invoiced report
- Participate in monthly closing processes to include preparation of journal entries.
- Back up for weekly payment processes
- Develop implement and maintain internal policies and procedures
- Lead special projects or perform other related duties as assigned
- Maintain prepayment leased equipment schedule recurring invoices and contact files
