Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our growing team in Valley Park MO. In this role youll play a key part in managing and organizing high-volume small-part inventory on a contractor site not a traditional warehouse. You will be responsible for tracking labeling and maintaining essential materials such as splitters construction supplies vaults (for electrical wiring protection) markers and more that support Wi-Fi and fiber cable installation projects.

Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Verify stock information part numbers and unit identification.
- Inventory audit and track equipment and materials.
- Unpackage sort and stage units for production needs.
- Receive and log units using RF handheld devices.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Perform regular cycle counts and audits following company policies.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled organized and stored.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Inventory Specialist or in a related role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Computer and Excel skills are a plus.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
